About this event
Our Estate Beau Blanc Reserve is inspired by the great white wines of Bordeaux, France. This wine is comprised of 100% Vidal Blanc aged in 50% new & used French oak. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve fruitiness and acidity. Aged on the lees for more weight and complexities on the palate. Lemon & gooseberry compliment the toasted oak aromas. The palate leads to bright acidity with creamy citrus and tropical fruit. Have you given it a try yet yourself? Stop by Sunday Sept 13 from 3-5 and Ed will be set up with samples for 21+ guests! Just like in Bordeaux, France – this wine goes beautifully with local oysters and @scottshucks is popping up, pre-order your oysters and make a day of it!
