This week we celebrate Ringo joining the Beatles, with a very special Ringo of our own! Join The Beat 5 this Thursday, August 20 for our weekly Beatles night at Tr!p in Santa Monica. This week marks 64 years since Ringo Starr's very first show as a Beatle, on August 18, 1962, at a horticultural society dance across the Mersey from Liverpool. To mark the occasion, we have a special guest sitting in on drums: Rolo Sandoval, founding member and the original Ringo of the Emmy-winning Fab Four. Expect all the Beatle classics you know and love, from the big hits to the deep cuts, with the harmonies done right and some seriously authentic drumming behind them. No wigs, no costumes, just five guys who love this music, plus one very special guest, and a room full of friendly faces. Whether you have been dancing with us for two years or you are walking in for the very first time, you are family the moment you grab a table.
