Bastille Day Festival 2026 SF

Please join the Bonjour! French Conversation Group members for the 7th annual Bastille Day SF Festival…at Embarcadero Plaza on Saturday, July 18th 2026 ! We will enjoy a day filled with French food, wine, beer, art, culture, and entertainment. The festival runs from 11 AM to 6 PM. As the largest public celebration of France’s National Day in the San Francisco Bay Area, and a testament to the historic friendship between France and the United States spanning 250 years, we invite you to join us! Attendance at this event is free! Festival Activities Exciting activities will include: A plethora of delectable food vendors; Two bars serving an array of wine, beer, and more; Numerous French vendors, artists, and authors; Engaging performances by various bands and dancers. French Vendors, Associations, and Companies of all sorts. Located at Embarcadero Plaza, the festival is very easy to access by public transportation or by car with covered garages available at Embarcadero center #4 (as well as the 3 other buildings) as well as an outdoor parking lot at Embarcadero There will be a group leaving from the Walnut Creek BART station at 10:00 AM but you can also meet us at the event at 11:30 AM at the main stage. (Look for the lady with the little French flag) For the group coming on BART from Walnut Creek, let’s meet on the track at 10:00 AM. We will depart on the first train car in case you would like to join us from Orinda or other stops along the way. I will have my little French flag to help you find the group! Merci et à bientôt!
