About this event
Discover the timeless art of blacksmithing in this immersive, hands-on workshop where history meets artistic expression. Working with traditional coal-fired forges, hammers, and anvils, you’ll learn the foundational skills of heating and shaping iron and steel. Under expert instruction, you’ll create a series of functional pieces — from S-hooks and wall hooks to a flint striker, cold chisel, fireplace poker, cooking fork, and a candle holder — while mastering essential skills like drawing out, punching, bending, riveting, welding, and hardening.
