About this event
Join us for a truly unique class at Bays Mountain. This class will be given on the Bays Mountain Barge, right out in the middle of the lake! The primary goal of a barre class is muscle endurance. Inspired by elements of ballet and yoga, muscles in major muscle groups are targeted via small movements. This class will specifically feature ballet barre exercises, Latin movement as well as standing yoga poses that will take place while on the barge. No mats are needed. Registration is limited, so please sign up soon. All levels and ages 10 and up are welcome. This program is provided by the Bays Mountain Park Association (BMPA). All proceeds benefit the Bays Mountain Park Association. BMP Members receive a 10% discount for this program! The barge gate will open ~15 minutes prior to start.
