Barre-ginner

Barre-ginner is a workout for all levels that blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, pilates, and yoga. This intro-style class is a wonderful starting block to discover all of the benefits that our low impact, high intensity workout can offer. This class is specifically designed for barre-ginners who are looking to strengthen and tone your body – resulting in long and lean muscle tone without the bulk.instructors will guide guests through non-aerobic, muscle-toning exercises with the intention of improving one’s posture and build core muscle groups. Special Considerations __•_All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the Spa at Chateau Elan. __•_Lockers and changing rooms are available for all guests.
