Ballet Technique – Intermediate This intermediate ballet technique class is designed for dancers with prior ballet training who want to strengthen precision, control, and movement quality. Class centers on structured barre and center work with an emphasis on placement, coordination, and articulation of the feet. Dancers will work through progressively challenging exercises that develop balance, strength, and clarity of movement, while reinforcing efficient alignment and musical phrasing. Attention is given to transitions, control through positions, and consistency of technique. Please note that these classes are held weekly, with the exception of some holidays and special events.
