BadAss REI West/Golden

BadAss REI West/Golden is where investors on the west side come to connect, talk deals, and grow. Whether you’re just getting started or already building your portfolio, this is a laid-back, high-value meetup where you can meet other local investors, swap ideas, ask questions, and learn from real-world experience. We’ll be meeting at Mountain Toad Brewing in Golden, a great local spot to grab a drink, meet good people, and talk all things real estate. From house hacks and live-in flips to rentals, creative finance, and deal analysis, the conversations are practical, welcoming, and investor-focused. No guru nonsense. No pressure. Just a strong community of people who want to learn, network, and take action.
