Backyard Story Night HTX - Familia (Friendsgiving)

Backyard Story Night is like a house party where people are invited to tell personal stories. It’s a DIY-forward storytelling event where anyone is invited to tell a story if they’d like to. We host the event in a backyard in Oak Forest (northwest of the Heights). For our Thanksgiving-month version, bring something festive to share (if you want to) along with your quilt or blanket and enjoy food and stories from your neighbors, acquaintances, and (new) friends. all caps ALL (anyone you can possibly imagine) are welcome. Get here early to grab a seat. Doors at 6:30, stories will start at 7:30ish. If you want to tell a story-- there's no experience necessary, this is a supportive group, and we welcome first-time storytellers.
