Babywearing Dance Class

Instructor: Zoe All levels $18 Pre-registration on Mindbody REQUIRED! Boogie with your baby in this joyful, low-impact, follow-along dance fitness class. This class offers a wonderful opportunity to be part of a community and enjoy the proven benefits of babywearing and movement for bonding, development, and parental and infant well-being. * Bring your own ergonomic symmetrical carrier * Your baby should be between 8 weeks to 2 years old, 7+ lbs, with good head/neck control * Expectant parents also welcome! * Suitable for all fitness levels and no dance experience is necessary. Our babies wiggle, sleep, sway with us to high-energy beats—we love it all. *What baby carrier should I bring*?: A secure, symmetrical, ergonomic carrier that keeps your baby snug and supported while allowing you to move freely.
