Awaken Your Voice Your voice is more than sound—it can be a pathway to regulation, release, and the embodiment of your most free and authentic self. In this supportive group class, we’ll explore humming, toning, chanting, intuitive sound, and everything the voice can do. Together, we’ll create space to reconnect with the body, move held energy, and experience the freedom of authentic expression. This class welcomes all abilities and voices. No singing experience is necessary. The gathering is trauma-aware, judgment-free, and designed to meet you exactly as you are.
