Join Steph, co-owner of The Healing Flow Collective, for a sound bath focused on softening into the autumn season, one sound chime at a time. Come as you are, and enjoy a nervous system reset. This restorative sound bath will use soothing sound vibrations to help calm the mind, support deep relaxation and invite you to slow down and reconnect. Space is limited so sign up now!
