About this event

Author Event: Poem Walking with Katrina Serwe Join poet Katrina Serwe for a poemwalk. Katrina poemwalked the 1,200 miles of Wisconsin’s Ice Age National Scenic trail and has written two related books of poetry, First Steps and A Thousand Miles of Poetry. She will share the present-moment joy that can be found when we combine poetry with experience. This 90-minute session is offered in three parts. First, a 30-minute poetry reading with an introduction to poemwalking. Second, a 30-minute poemwalk experience for you to forage your own words. Finally, 30 minutes for you to shape your words into poems of your own. Join for one, two, or all three parts of this poemwalking experience.
