Authentic Relating Games Night

Life can feel like a lot sometimes. What if, for one evening, you could set some of that down and spend a couple of hours laughing, connecting, getting curious, and enjoying the simple pleasure of being with other humans? Authentic Relating Games Night is a warm, playful evening for anyone craving more genuine connection and community. You don’t need to know anything about Authentic Relating, and you definitely don’t need to come with a partner or friend. Many people arrive on their own and discover just how quickly strangers can begin to feel like community. Over two hours, we’ll explore a variety of fun, interactive connection games in pairs, small groups, and as a whole group. We’ll practice some of the foundations of Authentic Relating: being present, listening with curiosity, noticing our assumptions, sharing what’s true for us, and honoring both ourselves and each other. This isn’t about being serious, saying the “right” thing, or sharing more than you want to. It’s about showing up as you are, trying something different, and seeing what happens when we move beyond small talk. Expect laughter, meaningful moments, a little playfulness, unexpected discoveries, and the possibility of leaving with a few new friends. If you are feeling resistant, I get it! Come as you are.
