We’ll explore the art of authentic relating —- playful and profound interpersonal games that help you drop the masks and meet others from a place of depth and curiosity. Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of freely expressing your true experience to create connections based on who you really are. Authentic Relating games create a safe, intentional space – rooted in play and supported by clear boundaries – to create meaningful and enjoyable connections to self and other. The guided exercises will start light and playful, then deepen into one-on-one connections and opportunities to be seen and witnessed by the group.
