The presentation will offer a practical overview of Texas laws related to gardening and water conservation, including helpful information for navigating conversations with HOAs, cities, and other groups. If you’re interested in native plants, water-wise landscaping, or understanding your rights as a Texas gardener, we hope you’ll join us! Speaker Bio: Julienne is a Master Gardener and member of the Native Plant Society Hill Country Chapter. After discovering that gardening in Texas was very different from gardening in the Midwest and West, she became passionate about learning, native landscapes, and helping others garden more effectively. and open to the public!
