**Microsoft Scout, Agent Plugins 1.0, and Governing the Next Generation of AI Agents** The architecture underneath AI agents is changing fast. At the same time, the new Agent Plugins 1.0 standard gives developers a portable way to package Agent Skills and MCP servers across compatible AI platforms. In this technical session, we'll look inside Microsoft Scout, explore Agent Plugins 1.0, and examine the emerging architecture of portable agent capabilities.
