About this event

For November of 2026 we will be reading the #1 New York Times bestseller *Atmosphere, by Taylor Jenkins Reid. We will hold the book club for Atmosphere in our usual spot, the Piano Craft Gallery (http://pianocraftgallery.com) at 793 Tremont in Boston. Bring whatever you would like to share (optional). I'm planning to provide a few bottles of wine, some appetizers, and perhaps something special to eat/drink from the book! We'll socialize 6:45–7:15, then talk about the book starting around 7:15. As the new astronauts become unlikely friends and prepare for their first flights, Joan finds a passion and a love she never imagined. In this new light, Joan begins to question everything she thinks she knows about her place in the observable universe. Then, in December of 1984, on mission STS-LR9, it all changes in an…
