ATHENA Leadership Forum

Registration & Pricing Failure happens. What we do with it matters. Join us for our last ATHENA Leadership Forum of the year on Tuesday, November 17, from 3–5 PM at The Big Room at Silva for a candid and energizing conversation about Leading Through the Lessons. Leadership doesn’t come with a guarantee that we’ll always get it right. We take risks. We make decisions. We try new things. Sometimes they work. Sometimes they don’t. This forum will explore how to acknowledge setbacks, learn from them, recover, and use the experience to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Through the ATHENA principles of Courageous Acts, Learning, and Relationships, we’ll explore what it means to take the risk, embrace the lessons, and lean on the people who help us navigate the moments when things don’t go as planned. Come ready for honest conversation, practical insight, and a reminder that some of our greatest growth can come from the moments we wish had gone differently. What You’ll Walk Away With A fresh perspective on failure and how setbacks can create opportunities for growth. Practical recovery strategies to reset, regroup, and move forward. Lessons you can leverage to inform future decisions and leadership. Stronger relationship awareness and the value of having people in your corner. Renewed courage to take the next step, even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed. Let’s close out the year with real conversation, meaningful connection, and a little perspective on the moments that shape us as leaders. See you at Silva!
