This virtual, 4-class series will contemplate the function of emotions in the Alexander Technique work. We’ll explore bodies of work related to emotions within the world of acting, psychology, and somatic practices. We’ll ask several questions: Can emotional connection enhance the healing possible with the Alexander Technique? Can the Alexander Technique work lead to more emotional health in everyday life? Bring your curiosity and opinions, and let’s explore. Classes will meet on October 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th from 6:00-7:00pm ET via Zoom.
