In one-on-one sessions, individuals with criminal records will have the opportunity to seek assistance with the following: Certificate of Qualification for Employment (CQE) — Please bring information for employment history, three non-relative references, and three family references. Clemency — Please visit the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Correction to learn about the pardon process. Expungement & Sealing — You might qualify for sealing even if you did not qualify in the past. License Restoration — Clinic cannot pay associated fees.
