Get down to Earth with Loral O’Hara, NASA astronaut and KU School of Engineering graduate! With school out, kids of all ages are invited to bring their biggest, boldest, and most curious questions about space, rockets, life in orbit, and what it’s really like to be an astronaut. Come ready to ask, wonder, and explore as Loral shares stories from her journey beyond Earth and answers your questions about the universe. Enjoy out-of-this world activities from the Cosmosphere science museum in Hutchison, KS. Plus, you can enjoy light refreshments, so fuel up and get ready for liftoff! Doors open at 9:45 am. Special thanks to KU Libraries for making this special community program possible!
