Ask a Reference Librarian at Bush Branch Library

A reference librarian will be available to help you and answer your questions. If you need help with a mobile device—whether it's a laptop, tablet, or smartphone—be sure to bring it with you. If you have questions about a library app, bring your library card and password—or come a little bit early and get a library card or reset your password. If you have an Apple device, make sure you know your Apple Account information. Making an appointment to get help from the reference librarian is optional. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call Jane at Slidell Branch, 985-646-6470, press 3.
