Arts Landing - Dance & Fitness Classes with Pittsburgh Ballet plus Other Options

This event brings new people together with various options that begin at the new Arts Landing outdoor civic space A) From 10 AM to 11 AM: Stretch, plié, and pirouette your way to Arts Landing with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre’s free Dance & Fitness program. Classes include Pilates, Barre Fitness, Ballet and more for all levels, ages 14+. B) At 11:15 AM, relax and grab something quick at De Fer Coffee & Tea (725 Penn Avenue, next to Arts Landing) and discuss afternoon plans. C) At 12 PM, people may break off into smaller groups to go on an urban art hike focusing on 6 downtown galleries and public art. The length of the urban art hike will be determined by group preferences, such as lunch (e.g., Nicky's Thai, Barcelona Wine Bar, The Eagle) and the weather. D) Attend the 1 PM performance of Pittsburgh CLO's production of Mean Girls at the Benedum. Tickets start at $49 and will be available at the door. E) Attend the 2:30 PM screening of the movie Maddie's Secret at the Harris Theater. Tickets are $13.50 Adult and $10.50 Senior/Student F) Attend the 3:30 PM performance of Fantasia: Film Live in Concert - Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra at Heinz Hall. Tickets start at $36 and will be available at the door.
