**ART OF TOUCH** *Why is it that we tend to touch, and be touched, less as we age? Where does understanding this sense, and our senses better, fit into our creative writing and growth as a human?* Lisa Galterio, LMT, and Founder of Terranetic Massage and Wellness, and Rick Ellsmore will lead a time of feeling more at home within our bodies and more aligned in our lives. This will help in moving our senses into our emotions through the power of words and writing. Lisa supports values-driven individuals, especially entrepreneurs and parents, in moving beyond burnout and into sustainable, connected ways of living. With a background in outdoor leadership, Lisa spent years guiding teens through backpacking, rafting, and climbing expeditions, teaching communication, resilience, and self-trust in real-world environments. That foundation continues to shape her work today, where she blends therapeutic massage with emotional well-being practices. She helps clients understand their emotions as useful signals rather than problems to fix. Her approach is grounded, practical, and deeply human, working with the body, the nervous system, and the emotional landscape as an integrated whole.
