Join us for an evening of therapeutic art with Creative Life Coach Nash Acuña. Art for Wellness Third Tuesday of the Month 6:00pm to 8:00pm No Cost In this free class, we will explore how loose painting techniques relieve tension and anxiety by giving us a natural dopamine release in our brain. Ages 18+ please. No art experience necessary. Bring your own alcohol-free beverage and favorite snacks and whatever you need to create comfortably.
