Join us for our most anticipated gathering of the year—an evening that celebrates good land, good people, and good food! A whole bison will be slow-roasted on the spit and carved fresh on site by Lost River Butcher Block. At the same time, West Virginia State Parks brings the flavors of Appalachia to the table with thoughtfully prepared seasonal sides and accompaniments.
