Animals for All: Caring for Exotic Critters

A Heckscher WILD! based complement to our Caring for Critters program at Heckscher Farm. This program provides an opportunity for students with disabilities to work hands-on with Heckscher WILD! animals outside of our traditional Junior WILD! Keepers program environment. Participants work with our exotic animals, like tortoises and chinchillas, in small group-tailored settings in Heckscher WILD! Programs are approximately 45 minutes. Registration includes one participant and one accompanying adult. Please only register participants. Do not register caregivers/adults. SM&NC for All programs remain free of charge thanks to the support of our generous grantors: EY, the Abilis Community Foundation and the Dorr Foundation.
