Join us for a 2-day immersive breadmaking workshop on Friday, October 23, 5:30-7 PM and Saturday, October 24th, 10 AM- 4 PM. Students will learn the art and science of baking a variety of artisan breads from start to finish in a fun, hands-on setting. The experience includes a bread baking kit, appetizers, lunch, and beverages. Each participant will receive two (2) complimentary beverages. Please call for room package rate. 12 steps of bread making Pre-fermented doughs Sourdough Baguettes Focaccia $150 per person *Price is per person plus tax and fees. Class tickets are non-refundable.
