An Evening w/ David Berkeley and Antje Duvekot (Folk Singer Songwriter)

An Evening w/ David Berkeley and Antje DuvekotApril 15, 2026DromAges 21+6:30 Doors7:00 ShowDavid BerkeleyDavid Berkeleys gift as a songwriter and storyteller is that he sees the tragedy and comedy in life, writing songs capable of both breaking and healing the heart. Berkeley has been called a musical poet, by the San Francisco Chronicle, and the New York Times praises his lustrous, melancholy voice with shades of Tim Buckley and Nick Drake. He was a guest on This American Life, and he has won many songwriting awards and honors including ASCAPs Johnny Mercer Songwriting Award. Berkeley has released nine studio albums, one live album, and authored two books, each of which pairs with one of his albums. His latest album, A Pail Full of Fire, is a masterclass on songwriting and singing begging you to lean in and listen close, as each song speaks to what matters most in this life. Berkeleys latest single, Oh My America, is a different kind of protest song. It appeals to what is best in all of us, seeking to unite rather than divide. He is also half of the transatlantic, theatrical folk duo, Sons of Town Hall. Berkeley lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
