American Tango Class Level I

A totally beginner-friendly class where you'll learn the fundamentals of American Tango, a ballroom dance emphasizing a structured, traveling style with a clear, march-like rhythm. It is smoother than Argentine tango and more theatrical in style, focusing on progressive movements across the dance floor. It features sharp movements, head snaps, and a cat-like and stealthy foot action No partner necessary! Drop-in lessons are $19 + Tax. Packages are available which brings the prices down per class. Clicking the "Going" button here on Meetup does not register you for class! Please register here or you can call the studio at 505-883-9521.
