Multi-Purpose Room. In December of 1776, when America was at her most desperate time, Burlington County was center stage of the American Revolution. More than 2000 Hessians were occupying northern Burlington County, and their only opposition was 600 militia who were mostly boys. Join historian Eric Orange for this intriguing talk about how consequential the events in Burlington County were to American Independence. This program is presented by Eric Orange, a Museum Attendant and Historian for the Burlington County Division of Parks.
