The Art Lovers Book Club meets at 5:30 pm every other month on the third Tuesday to discuss art-inspired novels and biographies over a glass of wine and snacks at the Albany Museum of Art. The group meets every other month to share thoughts on the selected books. There is no formal membership and the meetings are free and open to the public. Love for art, books, and good company is all that is needed to join in the discussions. Season 8 Titles Sept 15: The Marriage Portrait, by Maggie O’Farrell. Nov 17: The Story of Art Without Men, by Katy Hessel. Jan 19: The Muralist, by B.A. Shapiro. March 16: The Lady in Gold, by Anne-Marie O’Connor. May 18: Mona’s Eyes, by Thomas Schlesser.
