Morrell Meeting Room. Ralph Dean, Community Educator from the Maine Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will deliver an awareness program to help the community better understand the disease and where to turn for support. The program will cover the difference between dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, the 10 warning signs, the prevalence of the disease, importance of early detection, new advances in treatment options and what the Alzheimer's Association does and how to get involved.
