Bring your gently used costumes and accessories to exchange for tickets — then swap your tickets for a different costume to rock this Halloween. Don't need a costume but still want to contribute? Donate clean, gently used costumes at Belmar Library September 19th- October 9th No costumes to donate? No worries! Trade in canned goods instead — five cans per outfit and one can per accessory item.
