What the heck is that tool and how does it work? In this beginner class you’ll learn about a variety of smaller hand-held tools commonly used in woodworking through a series of demonstrations. Is there a tool you’re curious about? Bring your questions and let’s get hands on. Level: Beginner Timing: 2 hours Location: Ace Workshop, Suite #214 Prerequisites: None Certification: None Age: 14+ Agenda Tool Demonstrations: Chisel Hand plane Pull-saw Drill Jigsaw Circular saw Router Dremel Tool Handheld sanders What to bring: A notebook or well-charged phone for taking notes. What to wear: Closed-toe shoes, short sleeves, and work clothes. Long hair must be tied back. Safety Gear: Eye protection, and ear protection.
