Alejandro Canales & Roberto Perez*Happy Hour Concert Series* featuring Alejandro Canales & Roberto PerezTexas-born saxophonist Alejandro Canales and Colombian pianist/composer Roberto Perez bring together their diverse musical backgrounds for a special Happy Hour performance. Canales has toured internationally and performed with artists including Trombone Shorty, the Treme Brass Band, and Soul Brass Band, while Perez blends Afro-Colombian roots with Latin, R&B, Swing, ECM, and Pop influences. A New Orleans-based educator and performer, Perez teaches at the Ellis Marsalis Center for Music. Together, they promise an exciting afternoon of jazz, Latin, funk, and modern improvisation!Doors: 4 pm Show: 4:30 - 6 pmRestaurant is Open 5pm - 10pm for dinner after showtimeSnug Harbor Jazz Bistro presents live weekly concerts. You can see these shows every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday in person or by streaming on the Snug Harbor Facebook page. This is a free performance with no ticketing. Seating is on a first come-first served basis. Tips for the band are encouraged and go 100% to the musicians.
