AiR: Run at McCarren Park Track

Come join us on Saturday for one of our weekly easy runs! We meet at 11 AM inside McCarren Park past the intersection at Bayard Street and Union Avenue south of the practice tennis courts. Look for the tree south of the NYC Parks sign on the tennis fences. We'll get started with some dynamic stretches, do a run for about 30-40 minutes, end the workout with some static stretches and head to Silver Light Tavern at 689 Lorimer Street arriving at around 12:10 PM. We make all weather related decisions the evening before the run to ensure the safety of our community. We will cancel the run under these conditions: -Heavy Rain/Thunder/Lightning/Floods/Hurricanes/Blizzards -Temperature Above 95 Degrees Fahrenheit (35 Degrees Celsius) -Temperature Below 32 Degrees Fahrenheit (0 Degrees Celsius) -An Air Quality Index of Over 100
