How can AI make everyday life easier, and when is it better not to use it? Through hands-on activities, explore practical ways AI can support everyday tasks while learning to recognize when it may hinder your work or take more time than it saves. Participants will develop practical strategies for deciding when to use AI, when to think twice, and when to choose another approach. No prior AI experience required! In-person registration is encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome until the room reaches max occupancy.
