About this event

AI tools have changed fast — even since our last session here. The conversation has moved past “how do I write a good prompt.” Enterprise AI platforms now let you build repeatable skills, connect directly to your business systems, and delegate real work instead of just chatting. If the last thing you tried was a chatbot in a browser tab, you’re behind where these tools actually are today. This time, we’re splitting into two focused, hands-on tracks — one for Claude, one for Copilot — both enterprise versions. Pick the track that matches the tool your company has standardized on, or attend both if you’re still deciding. Each session is built around live demonstration and guided practice, not slides about AI theory. You’ll leave knowing what to actually click, build, and connect — not just what to type. This session is a hands-on walkthrough of what Claude’s enterprise platform actually does today: Skills — package a repeatable task (a report format, a review checklist, a recurring analysis) once, then reuse it on demand instead of re-explaining it every time Connectors — link Claude directly to the tools you already use (email, calendar, files, CRM, project trackers) so it can pull real context instead of working from what you paste in Plugins — pre-built bundles that extend Claude with ready-made workflows for specific functions (sales, finance, HR, engineering) Cowork — hand off multi-step work — research, document drafting, analysis across several files — and get back a finished result, not a back-and-forth Claude Code — for teams touching any software or automation work, see how Claude can write, debug, and ship code directly from a plain-language request Participants will build and use at least one Skill and one Connector live during the session — not just watch a demo. Track 2: Copilot for Manufacturers – November 10, 2026 A hands-on look at where Microsoft Copilot…
