Module 2: In a world where AI-generated content is increasingly common, knowing how to judge what is real and reliable is imperative. This session introduces clear, practical skills for evaluating the reliability of information and determining whether it was created using Generative AI tools. Through guided examples, you’ll explore common issues (e.g., inaccuracies, misinformation, biased results) and learn techniques for recognizing when something may not be trustworthy.Public libraries and Microsoft Elevate are working together to help libraries become trusted AI learning hubs where communities build skills through no cost AI literacy trainings and credentials. You will be emailed a Certificate of Participation after completing this module. Please bring your own device. Some laptops will be available for those who don't have one.
