November 12: Line Dancing with Ro Stevenson You cannot go to a party or reception without knowing how to Line Dance! It's easy-to-learn choreographed dances where the group stands in rows and performs the same sequence of steps in unison without needing a partner. It is SO fun -- especially with Ro!!!!! Are you an Older Adult age 60+ who is looking to stretch, move, work on your core strength and balance, get stronger, and keep healthy and active? We'll have you saying "Aha!" aha! (active healthy aging) is a FREE monthly fitness and wellness program designed especially for you! Will it be Yoga, Zumba, Bingocize, Line Dancing, Seated Weight Training, Tai Chi? We'll have different sessions each month. EPL Engagement Services for Older Adults teams up with McGaw YMCA, Mather Community Initiatives, and other area trainers and practitioners on the second Thursday of each month at the Robert Crown Community Center, Main Floor, Rooms B-C (to the left when you walk in). You'll want to dress for movement and bring a water bottle. Made possible through a grant from Age Options.
