Join us for this fun, creative, & playful chair exercise program that works out your brain as well as your body. This innovative program is composed of 21 simple tools for lifelong comfort & ease that can be practiced anywhere. We will lubricate our joints, strengthen our muscles, exercise our brains, & improve our flexibility, hand-eye coordination, balance, breath, & tickle our funny bone. The movements are organic & spontaneous, no need to learn any special choreography. Come & experience this brain and body-boosting class & feel younger with every workout!
