After Work Wind-Down Walk at Glasgow Park

Looking for an easy way to get outside, move your body, and meet new people? Join me for a casual evening walk at Glasgow Park! This is a relaxed, social-paced walk—perfect for unwinding after work while enjoying fresh air and good company. We’ll be walking along a paved loop trail, which is well-maintained, mostly flat, and great for all fitness levels. The trail offers a mix of open fields, shaded areas, and with plenty of space to chat and move at a comfortable pace. We can walk the full loop or adjust based on the group’s preference. Please be aware this is a dog friendly event. If you bring your pet they need to stay leashed during the walk. Please remember to be considerate of other members if you bring your furry friend.
