Join us for a decadent collaboration with our friends at After Hours Brewing, featuring four unique desserts paired with four After Hours pastry sour beers — a perfect blend of sweet creativity and sour craftsmanship. Pairings for the night: Wildberry Pie Sour paired with Blackberry Cheesecake Brownie Fruitisaurus Rocks Sour paired with Fruity Pebbles Rice Crispy‑style treats Huckleberry Peanut Butter & Jelly Sour paired with PB&J cookie Peach Cobbler Sour paired with grilled peaches with salted caramel hop drizzle Meet After Hours brewers Brett Love and Gage Perkins and learn how they create their signature sour beers — from inspiration to fermentation. For those who want dinner before dessert, our kitchen and taproom will be open until 7 PM. After 7 PM, the taproom is reserved for ticketed guests only. Bring your empty growler or grab one here — additional fills available for purchase. Tickets: $35 (includes tax and tip) Advance purchase required.
