Afro-Brazilian Dance and Samba Class: Every Saturday!

Saturday class update: We are back at the Dance Complex every Saturday for All-Levels Samba and Brazilian dance in-person! Please note some important *new* protocols below. Register through the Dance Complex MindBody system (dancecomplex.org) or in person at studio, or on the website- getsambaviva.com We are excited to dance with you! We teach various styles of Brazilian dance including samba, samba reggae, afro, axé, funk, malandro, maculelê, frevo, maracatu. The second half of class is usually dedicated to samba no pé. All levels welcome! Socks, barefoot, sneakers all ok. Do not bring heels if you are a beginner. Drop ins welcome! Water fountains and changing rooms available. Be ready to sweat, smile and have fun! Class information: Time: 1:30 – 3:00 PM (ET) Location: Dance Complex, 536 Massachusetts Ave, Central Square, Cambridge Studio 2- upstairs Fee: $15 in advance for in-person Space is limited!- pre-registration / pre-payment is recommended using Square on our website (getsambaviva.com). Can pay online or with cash or card or Venmo.
