Aeterna Fuse - First Set

Three distinct musical voices. One shared passion for pushing jazz beyond its boundaries. Pianist, Michael Denis brings a soulful, inventive approach to the keys, blending his classical training and gospel-inspired roots with the harmonic freedom of jazz. Joining him is Matthew Nelson, a versatile multi-percussionist from Union, New Jersey, currently studying at Rutgers University under acclaimed musicians Robby Ameen and Joe Tompkins. With a foundation spanning classical orchestral music and jazz, Nelson brings rhythmic depth, creativity, and a progressive spirit to the ensemble. Rounding out the group is Siddartha Suppiah, a dynamic guitarist and bassist from Princeton, New Jersey, whose musical journey has taken him from Rutgers University to some of the region’s most celebrated stages, including The Cutting Room, The Bitter End, The Stone Pony, and Asbury Lanes. Mentored by jazz greats Dave Stryker and Kenny Davis, Suppiah brings versatility and an adventurous musical sensibility. @aeternafuse Follow us on IG Subscribe
