This is the first session in a six-part series that will feature in-depth monthly educational presentations. Attend any or all sessions. Advance Directives for Health Care Advance directives help you formally document your preferences and values to guide future medical care. Learn about medical health care directives including Medical Durable Power of Attorney, Prepare for Your Care, the MOST form and CPR Directives. Participants will have the opportunity to complete the Medical Durable Power of Attorney.
