Adults Ballet Classes

ADULT BALLET CLASSES: IDance Adult Ballet classes are designed for both beginners who’ve never studied dance before all the way through former dancers and students returning to their love of dance. Ballet technique will help you tremendously for your leg extension, balance and turns. Adult classes are ongoing and you’re welcome to join us at any time! Class Descriptions: Just as with any traditional ballet class, instruction covers the five positions of ballet through the use of barre work and floor routines. Class Attire: Women — leotard; tights; ballet shoes; options: leggings, yoga pants, ballet skirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts. Men — T-shirt, yoga or sweatpants, ballet shoes.
