Youth Program Space. In this one-hour session, you will: Gain nutrition knowledge to help make healthy choices while grocery shopping Practice quick and easy meals for the week Learn how to decode a nutrition facts label Speaker Bio: Jennifer Powell, M.S., C-PT serves as the Family and Community Health Extension Agent for Williamson County with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. With a background in Human Nutrition and Food Science and more than a decade of experience in health and fitness education, Jennifer is passionate about helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their health. She provides community education on nutrition, meal planning, food budgeting, food safety, chronic disease prevention, and overall wellness, equipping participants with practical skills they can use in everyday life. Adulting 101 programs are designed to help teens develop life skills and knowledge to transition to adulthood. Join us in the Youth services Program Space on the 2nd floor.
